Zhejiang Hunet Chem Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. It is a full-industry chain chemical company specializing in the synthesis of isomerization HSD (hydrogenated rubber), the research and development and production of HSD modified granulation (TPE Compound), and flexible epoxy group hot melt/thermoset adhesive films. It has three independent core technologies, namely HSD isomerization, epoxidation, and chain expansion, providing high-performance thermoplastic elastomers and flexible epoxy group hot melt/thermoset adhesive films for advanced manufacturing in different fields.

At the downstream processing end, Hunet Chem's high-performance thermoplastic elastomers are often used in clean production processes, enabling the replacement of environmentally unfriendly materials such as conventional vulcanized rubber and thermosets, and significantly improving the production efficiency of manufacturing industries.

The use of EOHMATM flexible epoxy group hot melt/thermosetting adhesive films instead of solvent based PU adhesives and single/dual component structural adhesives is not only expected to achieve zero pollution and low energy consumption in the bonding process, but also to expect the durability of the adhesive product.

The high performance of Hunet Chem’s thermoplastic elastomers is mainly reflected in different specifications of high strength (>35MPa), high wear resistance (DIN<30ml), high temperature resistance (125~150 ℃), durability for outdoor use, anti kinking (textile standard), and excellent energy storage damping performance (Tan δ= 1.3 to 1.8), low odor (drinking water standard), and excellent processability.
